I really think they are trying their best, but to sometimes it is never the best, what happen is that they, provide a nine AM service to 12 oclock afternoon service, it could be longer to help more people, but we dont not know their capacity in terms of expenses, so we have to work with them just like any other business and their process time availability. Let us work with them , they are willing to work with us.
It's like any other government agency, always a waiting process. The earlier you get in, sooner you get out_ no getting around it. Workers have to move in accordance with the service provided carefully, cause one major mistake may cost them to lose their position. So a case to case service is provided by the agents and every agent does not believe in rushing or speedy service. Patience is good virtue to bring with you to any public service agency.
