I really didnt have to call anyone to talk to them because I got mine on time so I really didnt have to call. I think its best to provide your receipt and go into them and speak to them. Also if they could provide the public with a communication system to state their fact and opinions , one for sure the service we got was excellent.
I know. I saw the same fault with the phone system so I went in. I dont think that phone is meant to route calls to the physical location 767 3rd Ave. Purely automated prompt setup.
