Do you have to pay for parking at the hotels? Do they have double rooms?

Yes and yes. Disney is taking a page out of their playbook and will start charging for parking

Yes. We paid $24USD a night to self-park. And they do have adjoining rooms. :)

Yes you have to pay for parking. You can either park yourself or use vallet. I think it's $20US for self parking and $28US for valet, plus tax
