It will be just the person rate
Just add the person. Pay additional fees for park passes etc. No one is monitoring the come & go for each room & party.
It's going to be expensive. As indicated by previous respondents, you can try with the hotel directly or the company you booked your vacay with to confirm. We had a similar issue, though we needed to book an additional room which may not be your situation. Needless to say the cost of adding one person was outrageous. Hopefully you'll have better luck!
