I have a stay coming up with a Universal package. Check in is not until 4pm. I have to be out of a previous hotel that morning. Are we able to notify the desk of arrival and go on to the parks or do we have to wait until that time to do so?

You can check in at any time and leave your bags just to tge left of tge entrance and when you have finished in the parks fir tge day just collect your bags and goto your room , your park pass is also your room key

Hard Rock Hotel is soooo awesome!!! We arrived very early, dropped our luggage and then walked around all the shops in Universal Walk. The hotel sent us a text to let us know our hotel is ready!!!

You can go to the parks. The suitcases can be left at the hotel, and they are kept for you while
