What is the best time of the year to go visit it?

December till april, post tht its really hot and feb to april u also get snow birds

We were there 4 days ago, saw so many wonderful animals, reptiles and birds... and DID NOT GET ATE UP BY THOSE GINORMOUS mosquitoes. .. great time is April!

I agree. Go in April or October. You will miss the traffic and get to spot a lot of wildlife too.
