I think this is one of the most family oriented family communities complete with all races but predominantly Hispanic/Mexican/Spanish community. They work hard and know their neighbors and watch for others children's, pets, and vehicles because, as hard working as we all already are, we know the true meaning of earning every buck, and caring the upmost for our community. Truly have never felt safer than here.
Hi Jasmine. These apartments are safe for a single mom. Unfortunately, crime has no address so there are no guarantees regardless of where you and your children decide to move. Please come by our leasing office and speak with anyone on staff. The majority of our staff lives onsite and they would be happy to show you around.
