Retired part-time UPS unloaded, preloader and clerk here. I worked in two different states for UPS and their drivers are mostly great with some not-so-great and the occasional horrible human being. Pretty much par for the course as long as you’re dealing with people, I’d say. Report problems, I’ve seen drivers fired for the kind of behavior you’re describing.
