They can bring packages upstairs and leave it by my door every time, except of course when its a 40lb package that I actually need brought up bc I have a really bad back. Thank you for that. I guess I'll put the thing together next week when im finally feeling better.

Hands down worst location of the worst shipping company. "Logistics" being in their name is a joke. The only reason this one stays open is bc it's an airport hub and they literally NEED it. This must be a NIGHTMARE for the higher ups who have to manage the entire location. Imagine the lowest dregs in society, that's essentially the entire work line here. Good if maybe you've lived in Philly your entire life and already used to these types of people. So incredibly disorganized, Its hard for me to fathom how they can deliver anything on time that comes through here. And no one there cares, you're the only one who cares about doing a decent/correct job, while everyone around you lazes and does bare minimum.

Call customer services get a live representative on the phone give time an location and they should be able to pinpoint the driver.

I ship out of there all the time I do believe you can send alcohol but you can always call & ask first but as far as I know they're not full service I have never seen them pack anything and everytime I am there everyone already has everything packed before they go to the counter
