AVOID THIS UPS UNLESS YOU ONLY NEED BASIC MAILING SERVICE!!!! If I could give zero stars I would! Called ahead to ensure this location could provide notary service just to show up and be denied service after showing a valid driver’s license because “the photo doesn’t look like you.” He then asked if I had other documents with my name on it, so I provided numerous other documents with my full name on it and each was rejected (debit cards, work ID from a public company webpage, and insurance cards with name on it). I offered to show utility bills also. I asked the worker several times what identification he’d accept with my license other than a passport, which I don’t carry. He was unable to provide an answer to my question other than ‘something else with your name on it, doesn’t have to be a photo ID.’ I have never had an issue using my driver’s license for identification ever anywhere and it was clear the photo was me just different hairstyle. It seemed the worker simply didn’t know how to complete the service, which could have been avoided because I called before making the 25 min drive. Other customers were also confused as to why my ID wasn’t accepted. I found another notary an hour later that completed the service with no problem. I was in a pinch to get these documents notarized and with it being Sunday and a holiday, places closer to me were closed. I’m so glad I found another notary that was trained, professional, and quick!

They are very friendly! On February 26, 2022, when I encountered difficulties in refunding amazon products, the man at the front desk would also take the initiative to ask and help me. He knew that I had a disability in English, and he could always use physical actions and simple vocabulary to make me understand. . He is so nice! Even if I walked for more than 1 hour and 30 minutes, no matter how tired I was, it was worth it. Thank you so much for that staff!
