The worst UPS, its convenient location but poorly managed, its worth the drive to another location. They don't follow normal UPS rules, they are always trying to rip you off one way or another always trying to charge you extra to ship or extremely high prices on boxes tape printing etc. I understand that nothing is free, but other UPS locations will tape the shipping label for you for free, other locations will charge you to print a label but not $5 for a piece of paper or $40 to ship an item for you. Its ridiculous here. Other locations are much more helpful.

I needed to return a phone, and they took it right away, with the envelope that I needed to mail it in, and it was so quick and easy! Literally just took a few minutes, such a good experience I would go back anytime.
