Waiting over an hour when there is one person ahead of us is unacceptable! Drive through should not take priority! Alternative back and forth, get more staff, and don't answer the phone until all people in the store have been helped. If someone on the phone needs something, they should come in like the rest of us or leave a message so they can call them back after helping those in-store. Completely mismanaged!

The waiting time to get medications is ridiculous, staff has no manners and you call and they never answer the phone. I gave one star but they deserve none. Stay away from this place.

I have always enjoyed this Walgreens and Pharmacy. They have always been professional and honest about their pricing and deals and prescriptions. If I had a question their wasn't a person afraid to answer. Today I came to fill some prescriptions that I needed for my lupus and as I was parking I noticed there was a bee in my passenger seat. I am allergic to just about big bite you can think of and that does not exclude a bee sting. I asked a young lady at the pharmacy counter and she gave me some good advice on how to get rid of it well I tried it and it didn't work so my last resort was to go into the store and get some raid. I asked an associate by the name of Toni if she knew how to get rid of a bee in a car I told her I was allergic and she immediately asked me if I wanted her to kill it and at first it threw me but I agreed to her offer. She literally asked me to turn on my light in my car and she found something to kill the bee with and she did it! No hesitation at all. I have never come across a person like her to stop what she was doing to help with something like that. She is a great individual...who definitely stopped me from going back to the hospital! I really hope that she gets recognized for this! Thank you Toni! You rock!!
