UPS has the worst customer service and service ever. They were supposed to pick up a package and return it to Overstock on 10-3-22 before 7 PM. They never showed up. However, they reported to Overstock that they arrived at 11:36 AM, and no response. Did I mention I was home all day sitting in the living room? Overstock scheduled another appointment for 10-4-22 between 11 AM and 1 PM. They never showed up. I had overstock call them again in reference to pick up. We agreed on pick up before 4 PM. I requested a call when they arrived, which never happened. I went downstairs at approximately 3:40 PM and its a note on my door. No knocking or ringing of the doorbell. Following instructions is a very hard concept for UPS and its workers apparently. Overstock needs to find another carrier. Update: the package was picked up (10-05-22, 4:18 PM) and the driver was rude. Note: spoke to a manager and informed him that I was in the living room waiting. The driver knocked on my door like he was the police serving a search warrant (very hard). I opened the door and the driver stood there with a face of disgust and said nothing. The package was by the door and weighs approximately 72 lbs. The driver watched me struggle to get the package over the door frame and did not help. Once I got it on the door frame, he pulled it out of the house.

Can somebody please explain to me when UPS started charging a fee to pick up your package from the customer center? Because I’ve been on hold for almost 17 minutes and counting waiting for a supervisor to explain to me why I have to pay for this service when I’ve never had to pay for it before. Smh.

Technically the answer is yes but usually, UPS doesn't deliver at all! They actually lie and say that they made an attempt but, in reality, didn't. I would stick with 1.) USPS or 2.)FedEx. Take care, -Eric
Yes. You can do it before 8.00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Don't forget to ask for a receipt

They also have an app u can locate your packages too. It track your things so u know it's there
Yes, you can pick up a package on a Saturday But, its not easy. I had to make many calls after my overnight delivery was missed on Friday. Ups doesn't seem to care or understand what a customer pays for. If you dont track things down and do your own work they will deliver it when they get around to it!

Depends on when the driver gets back to the building. With the immense amount of work now being put onto each driver's truck they're getting back later and later. It's best to call the number on the back on your Info Notice and place your package on "will-call". Then go to the customer counter around 7-7:30 and be prepared to wait for an hour +. The bulk of the drivers get back to the building around that time. Getting to the counter any earlier for a package you missed that day is pointless. Trust me, I was a driver there for 10 years.
