Based on the descriptions from others' experiences, I most definitely will NOT be showing up there! (as in 1595 Soquel Dr)

I arrived at 11.31am as a walk in. I sat for 9 mins and then an extremely rude and condescending woman came out and told me they can’t accept me as walk-ins need to be here by 11.30am. There was not ONE single person in the facility waiting for tests! Lazy lazy women who should find another career. I will not return to this location and judging by the other reviews Quest should review their staff as this location do not know what customer service is not work ethic!

Most of the time I've had alright experiences here, however today my doctor informed me she'd like me to get a urine sample done. Now I've been here a number of times as I get blood work done every couple months or so for the last 5 years. I was unable to sign in with my name, I was assigned a number and then turned away and told I needed an appointment. Never have I been told I needed an appointment I was able to just walk in, wait a little while and get what I needed done, done. The women who came out to check on me tried to hand me a card to schedule an appointment and then turned her back on me. If an appointment is required it should be stated.. needless to say I left with a full bladder and an infection that will have to wait a week.

Arrived for my 7am appointment today and found that the wifi was not working, so I couldn't check in. Just happened to be the worse rain storm in years according to the news. A person named Lupida came out to the waiting area at 7:06, when I explained that I couldn't check in because the wifi was not working, she told me I was too late, there is a 5 minute window. So I lost my appointment because the technology at this office wasn't working and the staff (Lupida) is inflexible on an already miserable day due to weather. It is not possible to call to talk to a person and if your technology is not working, you really don't have a functioning company. It is not the first time I have had problems with Quest, but the treatment by the staff is an all time low. Then I went to leave (still raining btw) and I get a text saying that they are ready for me, so I re-park the car and go into the office and Lupida then tells me that they were clearing me from their system (???) So their technology doesn't work without sending out fraudulent messages. Extremely unimpressed by this whole encounter. It is a shame that we must have to deal with such a poorly run company for our healthcare.

I am unclear about your question. An order for bloodwork from your Dr.? If so, I am not sure...I have gone in with bloodwork orders months after they were requested by my primary. However, some times the lab needs to request a current order from Dr. in my experience. Hope that helps!

I need to drop a sample. Do I need to make an appointment to get then containers?
