My boyfriend and I needed an extension cord so we went to this location. We noticed one of the employees as we were walking toward to the door was shutting it. My boyfriend politely asked if they were closing. The employee said yes but you can run in and then asked what we needed to get. As he was about to tell the employee what we were looking for to see if it was worth going in. The employee abruptly interrupted him and closed the door in our faces. My boyfriend said well that was incredibly rude! We started walking away and the employee came back out and asked again what we were trying to find. We said forget it what you did was incredibly rude! I will NEVER visit this location if that's the way a customer is treated! I have worked in customer service and I would never do what this rude disrespectful employee did!! 😤 If you're closing just say so and say ya sorry come back tomorrow no big deal. The fact that this employee just acted the way he did was bizarre and completely unnecessary!

I entered the store at 5:59 PM with no problem. They close at 6 PM. Cool. When I entered the store there were three employees moving stuff from outside to inside. As I walk towards them they all turned away and walked away. I thought they were supposed to help you and ask you what you needed . I asked one of them where they kept their screw bits for a screw gun. One of them said Aisle 18 and another one went to that aisle , stopped and turned around and asked the other one where are they . There’s supposed to be professionals and know where everything’s at. Not. So I’m looking at the selection of Phillips bits for my screw gun when all of a sudden the lights go out. Somebody had turned off half the lights in the store so I could not see what I was going to purchase. I had one of their products in my hand . I walked over to where I can see the cashiers and ask them kindly will you please turn the lights back on so I could see. The reply I got was no we are closed. I asked again can you please turn the lights on so I can see what I’m trying to purchase . The reply again was no we are closed . I said so if your Closed are you going to kick me out of here . The person I was talking to his name is Adam said yes because we are closed . I responded with I am almost ready to purchase these Phillips bits in my hand and I held up in the air to show him. I wasn’t quite sure if the ones in my hand or the ones that I wanted. All I needed was 30 more seconds. I looked at Mr. Addam with disgust and promptly threw the item in my hand on the ground and walked out. I will never go back to Ace hardware again. I guess it doesn’t matter about one sale because they’re overpriced anyway. Oh and by the way the only reason why I gave them one star because they let me in the store right before closing. Why they did that and they did not want me to buy anything I have no clue.

In a pinch they were able to come through with fuses for disconnect, ground lug for the transformer and breaker blanks for the panel board. So for the last minute inspection they had what I needed to pass. I paid a bit more but worth it.

Masks are required in store.
Did not see any there when I was there yesterday. They have HEPA filters for AC and Central air systems. But did not see any air purification machines. I'd honestly try Best Buy or Home Depot.
Many fobs use 2032 round lithium batteries. Yes Ace has em. Other smaller sizes too, but you will have to put it in. So open look or better yet take the battery and get a replacement. Buy for both fobs replace one, when u see all is good do the other!!. I did mine it's a breeze, just a bit of nerves is all
