Hi I missed my first day of training due to me not being able to find my id and not being able to get into the wharehouse. Now I don’t know when to come back . Do I come back the next day ( I found my ID) or come back next week. I can’t reach them

You need to go the next day and explain to the HR. Am sure they will understand and schedule you for 2nd interview

The same thing happened to me. I would show up tomorrow and just explain that I wasn't permitted entry today.
