They do about 20 walk-ins as soon as they open at 8am, if you want to get a spot you might need to come as early as 5am and wait in line. (what I had to do for getting my permit). Their soonest appointment you can make right now is sometime in August/September.
I had an appointment but they were. The earlier you show up the more likely you can get seen. I would say be there at 7am. There are 2 lines. One for walk ups and one for people with appointments. Make sure you’re in the correct line.
No. I don’t think they are doing walk ins. It’s best to schedule ahead of time online and then go in.
