My wife and I came in today just to browse. We started talking to Adam who was really friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be buying from here now on due to Adam’s customer service and awesome attitude. They also have a pretty decent wine selection.

Yes we carry duck eggs. You're welcome to call the market to check for the selection 469-952-3838 Thanks for the question!
Duly noted! Thank you for the feedback.
I would also like to know. To make porchetta.
Local Yocal almost always has both Wagyu and Angus Briskets available without advance ordering. Wagyu is graded above Prime, the Angus is Prime. You rarely need to order ahead unless you are looking for a specific size, then I would suggest a week ahead so they can keep an eye out for that size of brisket.
We sell wagyu Ribeyes, which are above prime, and Angus Ribeyes, which are graded at high choice. You can also sometimes find grassfed Ribeyes.
Sorry, we do not.
Molly, if I were looking for this answer, I'd either go there or give them a call as the folks in the store can tell you what's on-hand, what is likely to be coming in and what hasn't been showing up as planned/ordered.
I think I've seen it in there freezer
I am sorry we cannot allow outside meat that we do not know the source of into our cutting room. Food safety rules. Thank you
You cannot, We highly recommend Bluebonnet Meat Company in Trenton.
I don't think so
You will have to call and ask... sorry!
Yes we do!
Call the Market and they'll be able to help. (469) 952-3838 Thanks!
We sell American raised Wagyu, Kobe is a regional product. We do offer marbling the equivalent to A5 it is our Reserve grade Wagyu, it is BMS 10-12 equal to the new A5. The majority of our Wagyu is BMS 6-7 comparable to A3-4
We fed our Wagyu there for the first three years. They have a great program feeding vegetables ground with hay to simulate corn. Currently some of Wagyu start there then finish on small family farms in Nebraska. All of our grass fed beef comes from local producers and are raise 100% on pasture their entire life and are never in a feedlot.
That's the number I have always used.
The best wagu or prime.
