The worst electric company ever!!! I work from home and the power goes out every other day to where my job told me that I will soon be terminated because with my power going out so much I seem unreliable to the company. I will sue if I lose my job due to this

Move to North Texas from Minnesota October of 2020. Since then this is our second “winter” storm we have had to deal with. Wow. We can’t understand how this power grid can’t handle a little snow and ice. Almost half of the U.S. deals with a lot worse. We should have to pay for this kind of service. This type of weather is normal down here for all of the history that I’ve been able to read. Why after last year didn’t Oncor or whoever is responsible for the power grid make sure this didn’t happen again. Here my neighborhood sits without power again. And just like then they claim every couple of hours that it will be fix in a couple of hours. That started 9 hours ago. I’ve seen power restored faster after a tornados in other states. I believe that the people in charge at Oncor take our money and go golfing. They do nothing to fix the antiquated power grid until something happens, then they do a quick repair and return to the golf course.

Awful service!! outage couple of times in this cold weather, I'm wondering why there is no plan ahead? because both outage in a short period of time is not because of storm or any weather condition!! Can we have another provider? or at least someone from ONCOR read all reviews? I wish to another option to give ( - starts ).
