She has always been extremely supportive by providing complete and timely responses to any questions that I have posed to her. Her professional demeanor, when she has to contact me to discuss contract terms and payment conditions, has consistently been presented in a cordial and informed manner that contributes to achieving a positive result for both of us. I rarely take the time to provide responses to customer service surveys or acknowledge a person who provides quality service, but the level of exemplary service that I continue to receive from Alana, most recently in the past week, dictates that I have to say a public thank you to her for making my experience with Monterey Financial Services, Inc. a unique and welcoming engagement. Had a Collection account that needed to be resolved. Stephanie was a great help. She was fair, and very knowledgeable. Helped me every step. I would definitely work with her if you need to eliminate a Collection. They will help you settle for less. And, completely remove anything from your report like it never happened. This is the second time I have worked with them. I am very grateful for Stephanie's help. Thanks so much.

DO NOT do it. I did a programs through career step, the layout is horrible. They misinformed me. And the monthly payments are so expensive through this company. They are charging me $600 a month. And the interest are high. They won’t even let you make early payments on your time without charging you $10 more for making a payment that is not auto pay. Worst service ever. Disappointed. So not recommend.

So it's a 3 Star because the past 3 months the auto bill pay has been late then I have to pay extra fees and penalties. I was originally told they can't change the due date of the auto pay, very frustrating, but today Monique M. Totally helped and understood, she changed my due date and got my account straightened out. She was super nice and explained everything I needed. She was 5 star !

They're liars and thieves and don't care who they swindle money from. I've gotten my lawyer to confront them about so called charges i owe them which are false. They exist only to lie to people about money they aren't owed and the owner is feeling the pressure from all the lies he's been caught at. Hopefully these vultures will be caught shut down and never go into business again.

Run for your life! do not deal with them.! It's a scam once they get you you'll never pay it off. I'm looking into if they are within the law... they should be shut down for theft of services!

First do some research of the dog really died from a genetic illness it could be a puppy mill dog and the establishment where you bought the dog probably knows I so contact both parties Monterey Financial and the place where you purchased your dog

Never heard of being able to finance a dog sounds like a prank.
The 90 days only applies to certain items, my frenchie was not one of them. Section 8 of the contract gave me 30 days to pay it off without additional charges so that is what I did.
