We recently moved to Texas from Oklahoma. We do not have our car titles with us - they are in Amarillo. Is there a way to get our license WITHOUT having our vehicles registered here yet? My husband needs license for a job. Please and thank you!!

To my knowledge, you'd have to sign documents stating you don't have a registered vehicle to get a license without having the registration. In short, no. Have you tried calling the office? They may accept a photocopy, but I doubt it.

Thank you! We will just have to do it the hard way lol. Luckily I see they allow 90 days to drive legally now on current license.
