No doubt in my mind that this permit office has the slowest and most inefficient permit process in the area. We install fences in all Dallas Ft. Worth and we have to plan 15 - 22 days ahead of time whenever we have an installation in Lewisville. The lack of leadership, management, initiative, responsiveness, & communication just baffles my mind. If I could give them Zero Stars I would.

Absolutely the worst city we've ever worked with. Permitting takes more than 30 days, you can't get anyone to answer phones in office, let alone inspectors. They are 100% the most inefficient city we work with. The oversight on their mistakes is simply embarrassing.
