Make sure you can stay the entire lease or you will pay big time. We have to move due to change in job location (hours away) and have to pay 2 months penalty along with rent the same 2 months. So that’s paying 4 rent payments in 2 months. They will not answer if paid are they gonna ding our credit. No carpet makes it noisier than most apartments. Had our car broken into, neighbors leaky bathroom kept us out of our bedroom for 3 weeks and noisy upstairs renters who had kids playing basketball on floor all hours of night so keep extra cash around in case you need a hotel room. GREAT maintenance team! I think his name is Carlos….he’s such a hard worker and great guy!

So this is more of a review of the management staff and not so much the apartment complex as I did not move in due to an unforeseen inconvenience. Long story short, I had signed a lease and the complex was not able to have it ready for me in time. they offered me a couple other apartments of similar or better quality to be ready at the time I needed it. I decided to go with another option and Jennifer Para was very kind and helpful in getting me a full refund on all I had paid to move in due to the inconvenience. Everyone was very polite to me, and I appreciate all that was done to try and accommodate me. I am happy with the end result, and I would be happy to rent from them in the future.

Adding a star to my review for finally pressure washing the breezeways. Hope it doesn’t take another year and a half before it’s done again. Living here is like living in a dorm!! They have mandatory apartment inspections every other week that they don’t even give you the courtesy of a 24 hour notice. They placed these contraptions on our kitchen sinks that makes the water barely come out, and say they’re trying to conserve water. Here’s an idea... start enforcing the lease terms and stop allowing people to have 6 people living with them when it’s a one person lease. That’s how you can stop the excess water usage. It’s ridiculous. There’s no parking because so many people allow people to move in with them.
