Generally, I have good experiences donating here. Most of the technicians are helpful, efficient, and skilled. Some need more training with their IV skills. Being able to confidently and swiftly start the IV is so much better than going agonizingly slow. It makes a big difference in the experience if you have a good phlebotomist. Management is usually attentive and helpful. They try to be efficient and be conscientious of your time overall.

Just completed my first donation tonight and it was a great experience! All the staff were friendly and informative, and the facility was very clean. Charlotte, one of the staff members monitoring my plasma collection, was very kind and patient when answering my questions about the process, and it really eased my anxiety. If you’re looking for a way to give back and also receive good compensation, I definitely recommend this place!

5/5 definitely recommend donating plasma at the Medford location! All the staff that I have interacted with over the last month have been wonderful. A few people who stick out to me are Thomas, Kevin, and Cindy for exceptional skills and conversation. I genuinely look forward to donating because of them. Feels good to be able to give back and the reward is nice too!
