Set up an appointment for a new US Passport. Passports are taking an average of 12-18 weeks for processing and delivery. Excellent customer service and with expediting, received the passport in just two weeks.

I ship a lot of packages for my online store. I need my receipts emailed to me so that I can copy and paste the tracking number into the website rather than enter each 22 digit code manually. Even though the POS provides a prompt to select email or paper receipt, the clerks keep hitting the button to print a paper receipt before I can hit the button on my end. I have to explicitly tell them that I need an email receipt to keep them from overriding my screen and even then they often mess it up. It’s infuriating. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because the Davis Square post office is literally the slowest service every single time and at least this office is pretty fast.

Friendly, multilingual service and a good entrance for people with disabilities. Parking can be a challenge however. Sometimes I prefer other nearby post offices for this reason.

Possible they lost our package, but they express themselves in a different way. The tracking number for our package says "they tried to deliver my package but customer requested to keep that in the PO", totally untrue. When I get the there, they said they would try to locate the package we send (we were expecting a package to our address??) and they said the destination is New Castle DE, (?? USPS receipt explicitly says Origin is New Castle, DE and destination is Medford, MA??). when I say look at the receipt you just gave me, they just said "destination is DE, have a great day". I understand their job is hard, especially in the holiday season, but at least don't act like we are stupid.

Call the Post Office and ask.
Yes, it's part of their job
If you go online to www.usps.com you can print out a shipping label based on the size and weight of the box. It's called Click-n-ship and you'll just have to create an account first. I hope that's helpful. Good luck!
I'd say yes, because they'd need to take a new photo, but this us my opinion, not 100% certain
I recommend speaking with someone at ypur local post office
