Most common complaint is being charged extra money with no bill to prove why i am being charged, also office of Northwood MHP lewisville texas the manager is very rude, 7complains about everything and charges uou even tho you do what was asked, gives you no time to finish anything because she gives you a day but doesnt put out a notice until after the days already over, wont pick up the phone, during office hours. Says shes to busy to help me, ive had issues for 2 years with nothing resolved from her end. Horrible customer service, i had went to talk about my bill in person as it qas 3 hours before closing and she sent me away very rudely and says shes to busy to talk aven though she was just mopping. I get charged anywhere from 50 to 200 extra a month for ridiculous reasons and again no prood on the bill that its legit and not being pocketed . They tore down the playground and didnt build a new kne and the playground has trash and beer cans everywhere meanwhile you get charged 50 for having an item of trash in your yard. Over the summer i paid 100 more on water and sewage because they leave the pool water running all day and charge the residents for it. Over all very rude manager who doesnt care about her job and only wants to use her title to do whatever she wants also I feel like she is extra rude to hispanics and whites. i feel discrimination . She needs to be replaced. This shouldnt be someone you wsnt representing uour property . Sorry for miss spelling

Very unprofessional, the phone is never answered. You leave messages and they dont return your call. 'The better business bureau should know about them. From what I have heard a woman by the name of Nicole is very rude, especially to hispanics.
