So far horrible experience ever, when I moved in the apartment wasn’t even retouched or fixed, given like the past renters left it, had to pay for fumigation because the apartment wasn’t infected in roaches it’s was horrible been reporting that there’s something wrong with my drains every time we use the shower there always a pile of water in the restroom floor, my kitchen sink, has been clogged going on 3 weeks now & no one has came to fix it bad customer service over all. It’s been a nightmare, it’s always something.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I don't have anything positive to say about the new management. They are never in the office, don't answer phones, when you come into the office to ask questions they are rude and condescending. Sometimes they aren't even available during listed office hours. I have grown increasingly frustrated trying to get simple things fixed. Our lease is up in 3 months and we will not be re signing.
