Brussels Airlines only fly to New York and Washington D.C. in the United States. The passenger will most likely have to change airlines from one of those cities to Kansas City. Many airlines "codeshare" with airlines in the United States, one of which is United Airlines located in terminal C. You will probably need more flight information from the traveler.
