I have not had much success with Uber after midnight. If a car is available, it is expensive as there is no competition for the driver.

My suggestions is to Turn on the app as soon as you get the ALL CLEAR after landing, so you can plan ahead to verify if someone is available At that hour. 2nd option would be to check with Car Rental Establishments about a late arrival, Shuttle Service Hours, &/or pick-up from any Hotels close as they may have "connections" with Transportation opportunities?!?!
