We recommend you contact the Airport Police and let them know you need to have your granddaughter walk you in or have someone bring a wheelchair out to you, if that's what you need. There are seats right inside the door and she can then move the car to short-term parking and come back to your location. Please do not leave your vehicle unattended on the curb without contacting Airport Police, 816-243-4000.

No once you arrive at KCI it's only a 5minute or less unloading zone wether your helping someone or not. My mom had to actually park trying to help me with all my bags she got honked at an warned to hurry up. Don't worry inside is nicer staff

If I understand your question correctly, you need your granddaughter to escort/take you into the airport? If so, I believe you can park for 30 minutes (?) for free in the terminal parking lot. This would possibly provide enough time for her to take you into the airport and get you to the gate/security entrance.

Can't you drive to the terminal and give her the sign?
