Thanks.. it's legal to open carry in almost all parks. It's illegal to fire a weapon (unless self defense) or obviously hunt, so basically don't be an idiot . We saw a mountain lion just a few weeks ago hiking in Roxborough state park Prefer to feel safe out there so we bring a handgun now. . I'll look for signs since you mention thinking you saw one. Certainly don't want to freak anyone out etc 🙏👍🏻
Didn't see any signs prohibiting open carry There are signs prohibiting hunting. Pretty safe from mountain lions. Don't approach bighorn sheep rams.
