Insufficient drawl only to call, not get a human, never be called back, and when I made an appointment to get a redraw was told they don’t have an order. Awful.

I have tried calling multiple times to get some questions answered, I have left voicemails and I have not been contacted back. Furthermore, the needle being used to draw blood was not opened in front of me. I am concerned about contamination. I would not recommend this facility.
