A few weeks back my kitchen and dinning room was flooded and ever since my first call, they have been nothing but professional and super helpful in taking care of everything! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Riley, Sam, Colby, Chris, Paul and a few others that I didn’t get a chance to catch their names. Riley and his team had to come In a couple of times and each time the crew has been absolutely fantastic to work with. We had SERVEPRO out to mitigate a sewer backup in our basement and their responsiveness and professionalism went a long way to help make a stressful situation more bearable. UPDATE: 1/2/2022: Tony Mayfield the production manager was on site bright and early this morning. Explained the situation and apologized for the call center. Again, the technicians top notch. Physical workers are great the first time around on initial emergency call on Sunday. Today is Wednesday-Fans have been running in our business for roughly 3 full days now and everything is dry. What we are not happy with is the follow up, and phone service. I kept getting told that me, the customer, needs to call their tech in order to have the equipment picked up, and given the final bill. I have called three times today with no answer or follow up after only 1 follow up since service originated. Customer service is lacking and I was told by their dispatcher that "I am new, and doing my best." A simple phone call to their OWN tech would eliminate this and making sure they are following up on their customers. Simple customer service is all we are looking for. Starting to think this location does not care or is just trying to have my company sit on the equipment to rack the bill up. I am only giving two stars because the initial crew that installed the equipment did so in a timely manner on a Sunday and were extremely polite and professional.
