Regarding the salt question, our first priority is to maintain walkways in a condition to reduce risk for our residents. We try to limit the amount of ice melt to only that necessary. “Pet friendly” ice melters are cost prohibitive but risk to animals can be managed by wiping the pet’s paws off when reentering the building.
It's only June and kids are playing with fire works in the park. Are you going to send out flyers to all residents about fireworks being prohibited on or near 4of july? There are many new residents this year and they don't read the lease. It was crazy loud last year because it wasn't posted in the hallway.
In regards to why they would make you get rid of your dog. If the dog is found to be aggressive towards humans or animals they have a responsibility to remove the dog for others safety. I also know from being a dog owner that they have specific requirements regarding the types of dogs along with weight limits which is disclosed before you even sign your lease.
How come since its pet friendly they made me get rid of my dog due to it not being "pet friendly?"
