There are so many red flags it's not even funny. Most of the reviews on here are about moving in, which moving in is super easy and pleasant. But living here is awful. There are very few reviews of what it's actually like to live here. My building did not have cold water, I reported this to the front office many times and was told that I was the only person who complained (every tenant in my building did). The appliances are from the mid 70's and have not been updated. Parking is a major issue, there are several abandoned cars throughout the complex and the front office claims that there is nothing they can do, the lease outright states that they will be towed at the owners expense. The front office refused to up hold this. There were multiple points throughout the lease that they refused to uphold, and would frequently claim that it's not something that they do. Save yourself the money and the headache, don't bother renting here. And to the leasing office, we have "discussed" this enough. I am not interested in your response.

LEASING OFFICE RUDE!!!!! Every time I call the leasing manager never there whoever answers the phone is unprofessional!!!!! Not to mention the appliances is old apartment is overpriced!!!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! they do not care about your safety at all! My friend lives here and her tires keep getting slashed and the management (Jaunita) is not doing anything about it!! When she asked for the management to install cameras for safety reasons, she was told lots of expenses this year and possibly next year. While the crime happens today! They do not care about safety. Horrible management

I just moved in last week and so far I love it. Tiffany and Kirstin are both extremely helpful and great with communication. The apartment looks nice and my neighbors in the building are all friendly. Overall I’ve had a great experience and the staff is beyond helpful. 5 star No complaints.

Yes! We are both cat and dog friendly, with no weight restrictions. We permit 2 pets per apartment, and do have a few breed restrictions.
All applicants apply and we run a credit and a criminal background check, we always provide the information to our screening company if there are any questions about the results.
We use a third party who runs a credit and criminal check. We do offer three different levels of Security Deposit which allows for more approvals.
Hi Colleen! We are wired for Comcast; however you can also get satellite if preferred. You'll just want to check with management regarding installation regulations and ensure the apartment is in a location that will allow a good signal.

Some of our apartments have washer and dryer included but the price does vary and is dependent on a few factors. All of our availability is on our website.
The income requirement is 3 times the rent of the home and the pet limit is 2 per home!
Unfortunately our lease does not allow for Guinea Pigs in cages. However we could reach out to our corporate office to receive written permission if you are interested.
