I couldn’t ask to live anywhere better!! Thank you for the office for all the help and working with me!! I give 5 stars because anytime something needs done it gets done and the office very understandable people!!! Thank you again!!!

Let’s start with the property manager(s): Her and her husband are racist, rude, can’t answer an email for anything. So you’ll stay calling/emailing corporate on their behalf. The apartments: Need major updating, lots of fixes, and mold. No matter how many times I email the property managers I still have yet to hear anything back. The property: Cheap (even though rent kinda high for nothing…)and isn’t as safe as it should be as the main door handles are usually broken so anyone can just walk in. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. And pray to never have to come back to this place ever again in life.

Despite the loud music from kids I think this apartment for the price and easy going to complex it's worth just a couple of kids just wanting to have fun even if they have no concept of time. My apartment is spacious and livable, they recently put locks on the front and back door which I love because there were kids hanging out and smoking at in our hallways which was annoying with two kids just trying to walk out the door but since then nothing. So to me my apartment is great !! Update : i lived in these apartments for 2 years everything was great Covid hit I was hospitalized and fell behind on my rent. I paid it up with help from the government then my apartment got bed bugs and it took them a week to come and see and said it was nothing even with pictures they refused to move me to another apartment so I refused rent and they evicted me and my kids but refused to treat the bed bugs in which my neighbors also had the same problem and they left. Don’t recommend

I was contemplating moving from ARBOR APARTMENTS,but after speaking to Ms.McGee I have changed my mind.I had a very serious issue in my apartment,and had spoken to management about it, but was told due to the covid-19,maintenance would not be able to come into my apartment to address this serious problem. After contacting Ms.McGee my issue in the apartment was immediately resolved.also, George the maintenance technician went beyond the call of duty to assist me as well.Kudos to these two fine employees for preventing what could have been a disastrous situation & allowing me to continue to call ARBOR APARTMENTS home! UPDATE: LYNETTE I KNOW YOUR JOB CAN BE VERY FRUSTRATING..ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE DEALING WITH DISRESPECTFUL TENANTS EIGHT OR NINE HOURS A DAY..IF WE DON'T LET YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON THE PROBLEM WILL GET WORSE. I WANT TO THANK YOU FOR RECTIFYING THE PROBLEM! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!👍👍👍
