The place is OK but I'm sick of Leslie's lies. She helped me get started a few months a go and alot of amenities she said I would get are not here. Nor does she process repair requests. She says she did it and just lies. I told her my heat was off twice in the last month and she said the request had been processed but when I called another agent said they didn't have any history. SHE IS NICE AND PROFESSIONAL BUT SHE IS LIER.... TYPE OF SALESMAN ONLY LEAVE HER REVIEW AFTER HER PROMISE IS FULFILLED because you never know!!!

Absolutely cannot wait to move in. My fiance and i are planning to be moving in soon and a very nice woman named Leslie helped me and my fiance go through the process really easy and simple. She is so sweet and nice and is such a patient woman. The apartment itself is beautiful and after looking for many options, i'm so glad to call this place my new soon to be home.

No there are 2 washers and dryers on each floor. They are 2.00 to wash and 1.75 to dry

Hello, Kristy! We look at your credit as a whole! We do not look at credit scores and we do take into consideration the length of time between applications and things like evictions or charge offs. Hi Cassandra, We do a credit and criminal background check on all applicants. We have three tiers of approval depending on your credit. Our credit process is very quick and we typically can have an answer for you same day as long as we get all of your documentation prior to close.
