This place is not it. Kids running through the halls cussing and making a whole lot of noise at all times of day and night. Hallway is always a mess. People slamming doors like no one else lives in the building. Kids and adults smoking in the hallway. Water takes too long to turn hot. Everybody is in some type of drama. Parties outside with loud music on the weekends. This is a project with every symptom of a project. You get what you pay for though. Grateful to have a roof over my head.

I been living here for four years the water in the building is bad like they want me to wash my son up in cold .. People getting killed in my building all they dont care bout noone here

My upstairs neighbor’s shot thru my apartment about 4 months ago and nothing still has been done about it honestly I feel that this apartment doesn’t care about the people due to the fact it’s income based my lease is almost up and I can’t wait the apartments look nice but that’s about it it’s GHETTO and the office staff is very rude when ever you ask for help with an issue.
