This place has one of the highest rate of crime in the whole county of Macomb. Drugs, robberies and a lot of property crime. Horrible reputation.

Very unprofessional, Nasty outside by the trashcan, Units are not kept up, Poor management, they don’t care about the family’s, The facility is starting to look like the projects, you have to call week after week for a work order to be put in and a still don’t come out to fix anything, they have light carpet, light Floor towel, the door handle is very low for children reach, I have family that been staying in the Oxford’s for years that take care of their unit and just because management doesn’t keep up with the townhomes they look terrible.

Love the Oxford Square, my mom lives there, I wish they will let me have a one bedroom apartment there soon my lease is now up and I live where I am month to month.
You receive the key on your move in date after you watch the video... You don't get to see your unit at all until you get that key lol... It's a process but it was worth it

It can make a nice home. However my family lived there for 25+ years and ive seen that place go down hill as far as who they move in. The leasing manager is very nosey. Some of the rules i didn't really agree with such as if you had family over they didn't want you in the front yard, you had to be in the back on a small patio. Some parking lots can be rowdy. But overall i think its a good place to stay.
