I would not recommend moving here. A couple of months ago, my husband and I witnessed a bed bug near our patio door. We took a picture and sent it to the owner. He had the maintenance man come to inspect, and it was later determined that they were "carpet bugs." Not to mention that several months prior to our incident, Orkin had been out to service another unit with bed bugs in the summer. Due to how the apartment complex failed to handle the situation, they spread. On Monday evening, my husband and I arrived home to discover a notice taped to our door. Guess what it said, a unit near us had bed bugs and Orkin would be out to service our unit later in the week. Nearly two months ago, however, they had carpet bugs. How convenient. Today, I come home to discover my son's mattress flipped over, with brown splotches, and one dead bed bug just chilling on the sheet. The maintenance man, Gary, never even bothered to call to notify my husband that they had in fact found bed bugs in our unit. No, I discovered it for myself around 7ish this evening. Thankfully, my husband and I are moving into our new home by Tuesday, with only 3 more nights left here. Maintenance does a very poor job. Again, I wouldn't recommend living here. Gary stays "busy," but doing what besides patrolling the parking lot as the apartment overseer, I don't know. Live here at your own risk!

Just started living here with no problems. The office manager here expressed any concerns I had directly and I look forward to my year lease I've signed last month.

I loved the staff here. They keep the grounds clean and neat. I would recommend moving here any day.
