I grew up in this park and have some family still living in the park, I applied and got park approved but not for the trailer it’s self so I told the Park Manager Marie that I had a co-signer to help me get the trailer which while knowing and filled out an app for my co-signer she sold the trailer and still accepted our money for the co-signer while knowing she sold it already…. After showing it to me she still showed it to other people…. She was telling peoples business to us while in the office and she goes by how she feels not by regular standards… she is not by any means a Professional person! That park is nice and cheap but it’s not ran right at all! No one not even the manager should be telling the business to other people or people who don’t even live in there! Good luck to whoever applies there!!

Was interested in this park because my brother and dad live here and my dad is getting older and needs help with his every day activities. I was park approved and the park manager suggested I get an RTO. At the time, I wasn't very confident I'd be able to pay for the RTO along with all the other bills I'd have to go with it but after running the numbers over and over again and checking with multiple people on the numbers, it turned out to be that I would be able to afford it. I called the manager, Marie, back up and let her know but she decided to question my answers because of how I sounded. She didn't think I sounded confident in my ability to pay, basically insinuating that I wouldn't be able to afford it. Please get a different park manager that won't involve their feelings in their ability to help a park applicant. I'll be calling corporate to file a proper grievance report as well. No one should be denied because of how they sound when they give answers.

It is quiet but, most of the trailers are run-down. I feel bad for the residents.
Grewe Family
Revision of my post 3 years ago: Finally, Marsha and Jim left. Marsha did some horrible things to our family pushing us to stay at a hotel for a month. I still paid no problem there the past management was not good. we felt unsafe with both of them there when my daughter was born. Now I spoke to new manager helping to get my friend a place there. She sounds really nice. My only concern is hope the trailer park gets a huge facelift it's horrible looking. With the history train boarding in park next door and people can look into peoples homes and see the rundown park clearly. I say put a privacy fence so the park can't be viewed when train in running. Take out all trailers that are vacant and rundown and put notices out if current residents can facelift the outside within 60days. Plenty of time. Summer is near can be done. I am giving a temp 5 star review as this place needs major attention if not getting this attention by July 1st I will put 1 star again. That's 90 days to get things up to par.

Yes , I've seen small dogs so I'm sure bigger dogs are also aloud
Around 950-1,100. It's nice and all but it's kind of expensive. We can't find a house right now so we have to manage with what we got.
You would definitely have to call the rental office for that information. But I do see a few empty home in here.

I visit my son there. Nice neighbors. Everyone looks out for each other. Some bad but mostly good
No you must buy
I am sure, as in apt. or mobile community, it would depend on what the eviction was for...
If you mean 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom, this park is older but I bought my trailer & lot rent for my 2 bedroom 1 bathroom is $330 month, $10 more because I have a dog. Hopefully someone can help you with your question! I haven't drove around the park personally to see if there are any double wides.
