the lot rent is ASTRONOMICAL in comparison to the TWO amenities...(Clubhouse to rent and a park for children). The Lot rent goes up every year and for what? We now pay almost DOUBLE in lot rent than what we do for the mortgage of the home. Seems to be a very "take advantage of" vibe. Its good in a pinch to be able to get into housing if youre unable to get a traditional mortgage, but trust me, you PAY in the long run. The staff is all nice enough and the neighborhood itself is pretty quiet aside from the occasional loud truck/Motorcycle or music. Overall, I just feel like for the price of the lot rent, we should have a lot more offered to us as a community.

They r good size places all depends on if u r looking to rent or own they have had some new one came in i cut a lit of lawns in there so i see them come and go .Dan
Yes they have mobile homes for rent 2 or 3 bedrooms

Lot rent is around $400 a month plus the water bill. They are pet friendly, to most breeds, you pay extra $10 per pet per month.
No tornados. It's a great place to live w so many activities all year. I personally loved it there
Well apply to the park to see if you accepted, then purchase a home by cash or bank loan..
Yes they have four bedrooms around 1600sq feet, my lot rent is expensive and continues to increase every year 560+,water bill 90+ mortgage 675.00. No garage no basement of course. No lawn service and if you live near a tree you are fully responsible for trimming.
It all depends if you rent or if you buy a home here at Silver Springs if you move a trailer here Silver Springs won't move it for free

You do rent the lot. You can buy a mobile home from someone in the park, or lease one from Sun Homes.

Are dogs allowed? I have two nonaggressive breeds (Engish Setter 40lbs, and Jack Russell 20lbs) And if so, is there an extra fee? Thank You!
