I had several installation issues that alone were not a big problem, but as a sum of their parts made for a less than desirable experience, all while spending several thousand dollars. That said, I waited to write this review while we worked through those issues successfully. I know from working in the Trades and Service industry that correcting such issues and turning a customer around is always more difficult than doing it right the first time. However, making wrongs rite is the measure of a company's character. Ryan, in the office kept his cool working through my issues and Michael spent the extra time necessary to put me at easy and address challenges. Because of this, I'd be happy to do business with FJF again, and would recommend them to friends and family.

Great company, great service and responsiveness . Had poor service and felt scammed by another company in the area who overcharged me to replace springs and my door immediately broke soon after. Called FJF received same day morning service. Technician Mike came by, very professional and friendly. I now have my “go to” garage door company
