They allow these drivers to park along curb. So 2-3 drivers parking on curb means that it is near to impossible to blind side in to parking spot with these few drivers parking on curb. So all these spots are open and no one can get in them. Put up no parking signs please.

Yes, May 2nd at 6pm will be the final day. It will be closed for 3-6 months. It is being torn down and rebuilt with the QuikTrip Kitchen.
