This place was nice when I first moved in in 2020. I had minimum to no problem while living there. The worse experience was when I moved out. I did my very best to leave the apartment spotless and they charged me thousands of dollars to replace the carpet for the whole apartment with a tiny stain by the front door. They did not send me my deposit back and charged me thousands of dollars on top of that. Beware of that when signing with them. Never have I been charged to replace the carpet for an entire house. That carpet needed a little bit of cleaning. I consider it to be a scam

Proof of income should be fine, unless there is a need to verify that document. We check your rental, income, credit, and criminal history during the application and everything is taken into effect.

We don't believe you should have a problem, however, our rental, income, credit, and criminal background checks are done through a third party screening company so we do not know the formula that they use that would ensure a positive answer to your question without knowing all of your details. Hi Julie - gas, heat, water, sewage, and trash removal are included in the rent. You would only have to pay electric.

They haven't had security for several months now. Cars get broken into and stolen all the time. And my neighbors report stolen packages frequently. But at least I've never heard of anyone being assaulted or having their actual apartment broken into.
Not initially. However, once you have rented with us for one full lease term, you have the option to rent month-to-month at a premium.
