Picked out an apartment with Kayla over a month ago. When I went to move in today, my specific apartment was no longer available. The people at this location do not know North from South. Unacceptable.

Worst place to live at. Horrible office staff. Had 2 floods in my apartment and water leaking from ceiling. They did nothing about it for months. Delayed the maintenance process along with never trying to get into contact with us about that issue when we call and tried to get it resolved. There is nothing luxury about these apartments. If your apartment floods just know they will say “leaks just happen” even though it was because of them and their staff. Also just be aware when your apartment is damaged so bad where you are using only the bedroom 1/2 of it and only the kitchen because of the floods, they will make you pay full rent price no matter the situation even if it was completely caused by the apartment complex themselves. Worst 2 years of living in apartments. My god I would say metro towers is better than this place.

If I could give this a 0 star I would! Lived here 2 years no issue with the actually building until you need maintenance. Our ac unit stopped working on Wednesday during summer, the next day we kept contacting them as our home was 82 degrees. The office staff could not give us a time frame but said “they will be there within 24 hours” mind you, I am pregnant and we have 2 dogs. Maintenance finally came and brought us a “new ac unit” (Thursday) blowing out cold air it was great until Friday night at 11pm, started hearing a grinding/grinding noise everytime it kicked on. My husband put a maintenance emergency request in that night (Friday), Saturday & Sunday went by no one called or came, thankfully it was working at least. Monday morning my husband put another request in, no one came & no call all day and around 8pm it started grinding again while it was running and wouldn’t stop. We called emergency maintenance, a guy came out and said motor blown, that’s funny we just received a “new one” Thursday. So now my husband and I with our 2 dogs don’t have ac for the night and it’s already 74 degrees. I would never recommend anyone live here.

2 years here, honestly not bad inside.. until you need maintenance to come out. I don’t blame the guys working they can’t be in 5 places at once..but maybe they should hire more people - even with an “emergency” maintenance still will come out as if you’re just having problems with a lock, so what I mean is you’ll call at 6am and they’ll show up at 6pm. We’re currently sitting in an 80+ degree apartment with two dogs and two computers that we need to turn on for work, meanwhile “no guaranteed time” for when they’ll show up. Why have an emergency line? You just get thrown in the queue. Office needs to do better.. don’t live here if you don’t have to.

They didn't have one last year that I'm aware of when i lived there. They just had a drop off for toys for kids. Might have to check with the office.
Hey Nadia I live here, so I don't know if they have openings particularly, but you can go to apartments.com and look for Lakeside Village Apartments in Clinton Township, MI. You will be able to see if they have openings throughout the year. God bless 👍☺
Not sure, but it depends on how many bathrooms you are searching for. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a washer and dryer in the home is around 1,200-1,400 or so, but I think if you are looking for 1 bathroom, then the price will lower. Check out their website on apartments.com. I hope this helps. This community is 👍 God bless.

Regarding the salt question, our first priority is to maintain walkways in a condition to reduce risk for our residents. We try to limit the amount of ice melt to only that necessary. “Pet friendly” ice melters are cost prohibitive but risk to animals can be managed by wiping the pet’s paws off when reentering the building.
We had a balcony decorating contest (winner announce earlier today). We added lights at the entrance on Hayes, and will be exploring additional decor next year.
All move out damage disputes are handled in the same manner. Once the final statement is issued for the account, any disputes are submitted in writing and the review process begins. Every review takes into account the original move in inspection, damage photos at move out and normal wear and tear. Once a decision is made on the dispute a written response if provided to the past resident.
During COVID we are not performing inspections with residents, however made an exception to perform a socially-distanced walk through with your son. Any move out charge disputes are handled the same way, by responding in writing once the final statement is received, then the review process takes place using damage photos and the original inspection from move in.

Keep in mind, not all homes are in the best location for satellite so that may not be suitable for everyone.
