Yes as long as they are with u and on leashes. There isn't a lot of grass and stuff. Mostly desert.

Coyotes and grey foxes are abundant also!! Keep an eye on your dog if you let him off of leash
They are allowed but it is all desert. A lot of wild animals including burros and javelinas out, especially at night.
