4pm and 10am if my memory serves me. That said there is more flexibility outbound, particularly if it's a Sunday/end of long weekend
I looked through the FAQ and don't see it listed. I would guess the usual 11am check out and most of the day till 5pm check in. That's basically universal with sites like this
