I woke up early today to bring my cat in, so glad I read all the horrible reviews, I and my cat was saved,thank you.. Will take my cat somewhere instead
Everyone knows IV fluids is a life saver not a killer, but this type of person probably brought her 21 yr old dying cat to us (if she is even a client with that phony name to hide her inappropriate actions on the inet) and IV fluids is given to see if we can boost the animal and was probably way too late for medical intervention. BTW, no such thing as IV I'M spine. We invite people like this to sue with false accusations us so we can countersue for defamation. Unfortunately, serving 38,000 "low income" folks, a few hundred are "low class" folks who make false accusations and use the inet as their method of vendetta for getting called out for the "low class" behavior since we do not tolerate those few hundred and ban them from our service. That is how and why we have become the most popular veterinary service in NY, NJ, and CT.

This person violated every normal behavior so we refused to see her at first (knocking on our door, asking the same questions over and over again endlessly) She finally started behaving a little normally so we gave her another chance and saw her cat. We hospitalized her cat, told her in advance that the cat has advanced kidney disease (from the bloodwork) Explained that if too far advanced hospitalization with full kidney protocol will not extend life, but that we wont know until done and see the results we get. After 4 days we sent the cat home with all the proper treatment recommendations to be done from home and now we find out this way that this person blames us for the cat's end of life, as if any of us will live forever. This person lied about getting expired food & wrote 9 yr old on her sign in sheet instead of 21 ! Such bizarre behavior is an example of why we are living in such a terrible world filled with a lot of terrible people. We do not want such people as customers.
Accommodating all these pets with low cost vets are animal lovers and I don’t believe a bit of these nonsense complaints
These people are nasty!!! And yes the way they speak to people of color is horrible. I just uploaded our email correspondence because people won’t believe how nasty they are!!

My experience has been very good, I made an appointment and they attended me in a short time, the results of the exams, they gave me the next day and the dental appointment in the same week, my past experience has been very good, I will be with them forever , their prices compared to other places are better. Thanks to those who work in this place, I recommend them.
I took my 12-year-old cat on December 31,2021. The lady is charged of the registration process, the most unprofessional, careless human being. She yelled at me and then made believe that I yelled at her. She did a drama and told me to take the cat and refused to give me the service. I was crying because my cat need attention then the Vet came and accept to. provide the service. I paid for 5 days; they gave her IV. The Vet. called me on the third day and told me to pick up. He explained to me how to put the IV, he gave me more medicines and some liquid food to feed her. I had to pay an additional cost. The food he gave me had expired for several months. Today my cat died at week later. I paid to kill her. My heart is broken, my baby is gone.
