Gave us good attention, considering how many people were waiting. Many people don’t understand pricing and wait times. But compared to other vets the pricing is really good and the service as well.
cheerful cow
Garo you replied to an empty one star review but now reading your reply i have to respond. You are a sick individual, i am not this supposed called you expect me to be; i am someone who has been going to you guys for years.

If you’re seeking on a budget care but with great quality this is the place. It’s unfortunate that we as pet parents have to on many occasions choose between low cost care or your pet’s life! I’m very thankful for this service.

If I could give 0 stars I would and I know they’re going to come on here lying so I posted from a different email than I used. I would start by saying DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC if you’re expecting a warm, understanding experience. These people are the rudest people ever and treat you and your animal like garbage. They are extremely rude. The previous posters are not lying. They are extremely unprofessional and don’t have any empathy. Most people are coming here with their pets in poor condition and you would expect them to have some sort of care. They didn’t. I emailed them asking for more information about the charges and they literally threatened to block me if I didn’t just go along with whatever they said. Thank God for aspca. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. I’m begging you

I woke up early today to bring my cat in, so glad I read all the horrible reviews, I and my cat was saved, thank you.. Will take my cat somewhere instead
Paid $20 for an online appointment for 1pm signed in waited 4 hours to be seen. Then they said sorry didn't realize you had an appointment. Senior dog infection back paw, needs senior panel blood work and addison disease injection, also check ear for.infection. well they checked ears confirmed infection charges me for cleaning solutions and cream, all good right wrong, they shaved the front paw and looked at the wrong paw no bloodwork done no injection charged me $200+ when we called them to let them know a gentleman whom claimed to be the manager kept interrupting me, was rude, unprofessional, non apologetic, and hung up on me several times. I am taking them to small claims court. I have an online request with all the details of needs, a written one completed onsite and verbal instructions. Terrible. I traveled from bronx to queens because their advertised pricing was geared toward low income clients .
Hi, rabies is $25, FVRCP is $25, exam is $25
Hi, $175 flat price
No. Anybody from any borough can go there.
The ASPCA has a "Community Medicine" program for free care for lower income residents of NYC. However if you are getting the cat from ASPCA, they will perform all of their initial medical upfront. Speak to the ASPCA, not just the clerks at service desk, a vet tech at least and discuss the cost of care. A cat with a chronic condition is hell on your income. If you have not formed the deep emotional attachment of having that cat as part of your family and life for awhile, then you must weigh that very heavily against whether you CAN PROVIDE the care they need and deserve
Sorry I don't work there Tyla so I can't give you that answer but you can call them... 718-544-7387
Yes ... You should make a follow up appointment with them ... The are very professional , they would tell you when you should come back for a follow up ; it's usually a week after any surgery ...But , you have to call and make an appointment ....
Everything included which they treated my cat with an anti inflammation shot and a de-worming shot. I payed a little less than 100 bucks. This included the consultation, 2 shot so it was really good.
You can see the records on their app.
